If you aren\u2019t sure that you have done this, please follow the guide found on the link below and then come back here.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now that you\u2019ve created your mailbox, you\u2019ll need to set it up in Outlook 365 so that you access it without having to log in to webmail. Please ensure that you have Outlook 365 open before you follow the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"step-1\">Step 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you have opened the Outlook app, click on the&nbsp;<strong>File<\/strong>&nbsp;button in the top-left corner of the window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/image-22.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3408\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"step-2\">Step 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on the&nbsp;<strong>Add Account<\/strong>&nbsp;option<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/image-15.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3400\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"step-3\">Step 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next a screen will appear asking for your email address. Enter your email address and then hit the drop-down arrow next to&nbsp;<strong>Advanced Options<\/strong>. Ensure that you select&nbsp;<strong>Let Me Set Up My Account Manually<\/strong>&nbsp;and then click&nbsp;<strong>Connect<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3384\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"step-4\">Step 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next a screen will appear with several options under&nbsp;<strong>Advanced Setup<\/strong>. Click on the option listed as&nbsp;<strong>IMAP<\/strong>.<br><br><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;You may be asked to enter a password before proceeding however this is not always the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/image-16.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3401\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"step-5\">Step 5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will then be presented with the following screen.
